Suas informa\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais est\u00e3o anonimizadas conforme a Lei Geral de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados Pessoais \u2013 LGPD.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ressaltamos ainda que a Rede Carmel Hot\u00e9is tem o compromisso com equidade salarial e respeito \u00e0 diversidade. Dessa forma, n\u00e3o promovemos a diferencia\u00e7\u00e3o de sal\u00e1rios entre homens e mulheres que ocupam cargos equivalentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No primeiro gr\u00e1fico do relat\u00f3rio voc\u00ea encontra informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a mediana de sal\u00e1rios de homens e mulheres relacionadas \u00e0s contrata\u00e7\u00f5es em 2022 e tamb\u00e9m sua m\u00e9dia salarial.
